Moje pytanie wyglądało następująco (nie śmiejcie się, nie jestem anglistką

)
"My 8 weeks old cat have a lot of tears in his eyes. Tears have brown colour what I think means blood. I visited two doctors and they didn't see any problem. But I'm sure this is not normal and I would like to make him healthy. I live in Cairo, Egypt and here I have no possibility to make some medical tests. What eye drops could I try to help my cay? I know it's only a few information, but that's all I have.
Optional Information:
Pet's Sex: Male
Pet's Age: <1
Already Tried:
I clean his eyes three times a day with OROPHARMA Eyecare for cats."
Potem kazali sobie napisać jaka to rasa i przesłać fotkę.
Po 15 minutach dostałam taką odpowiedź:
"Ok,
Thank you for the information and the picture as well.
His eyes look nice and clear and do not look to be infected in any way. The brown tears do not really concern me , while tears are typically colorless, they can dry to a dark red-brown-black crust, especially in cats. Chronic tearing can also result in a brown to rust-colored staining of the hair around the eyes and face .
Excessive tearing can be due to irritants in the air such as cigarette smoke , air conditioning and heating systems. This can also be due to hair irritating the eyes which is common in longer haired cats.
This can also be due to abnormalities in the eyes such as over productive tear ducts, tear ducts that are to small, or eyelashes that are turned inward.

http://www.petplace.com/cats/epiphora-i ... page1.aspx I would suggest only cleaning the eyes 1-2 times daily over cleaning can dry the eyes and increase the tear production. I would not use any ointments unless there is infection which there does not seem to be at this time.Using human medications can cause damage to the eyes and antibiotic ointment if used when not needed can result in resistant bacteria.
If you are really concerned I would suggest having him seen by a veterinary specialist. Cairo University has a Veterinary school so they will likely have a Ophthalmologist on staff.
I hope this has been helpful,please reply back if you have additional questions or concerns.
